Everything you need to know about how FLUX ATTIRE gets your order to you. Prepaid orders ship free. COD orders carry a flat shipping fee.
PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful order placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
PREPAID ORDERS
Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹80.
DELIVERY
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner, destination and logistics. We share tracking details after dispatch. Timelines shown are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, logistics disruptions, remote locations and circumstances outside our control.
ACCURATE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact details. Delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
EXCHANGE SHIPMENTS
Approved exchange products must be couriered back to the FLUX ATTIRE facility and will undergo a quality check before the exchange is processed.
