FLUX ATTIRE is an Indian Gen-Z streetwear label focused on premium streetwear, limited drops, and everyday pieces built for those who move different.

This website is owned and operated by FLUX ATTIRE. By accessing this website, placing an order, or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms without prior notice. Changes become effective as soon as they are published on this page.

We make every effort to display products and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly depending on your device, screen calibration, and manufacturing processes.

All products are subject to availability. Limited-run drops may sell out quickly, and we do not guarantee restocks of any style, colour, or size.

All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges are applied according to the order type: prepaid orders ship FREE, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include a ₹80 shipping charge.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and promotions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already placed.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful order placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or errors in product information or pricing.

We accept secure online payments through our authorised payment partners. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where indicated during checkout.

All payment information is processed securely. We do not store your card or banking details.

In the event of a payment failure or unauthorised transaction, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us at thefluxattire@gmail.com for assistance.

Orders are dispatched through third-party courier partners. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the courier partner, destination, weather, public holidays, logistics disruptions, remote locations, and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

FLUX ATTIRE offers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds, cash refunds, or returns for change of mind.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at thefluxattire@gmail.com. If approved, you must courier the product back to our facility. The product will undergo a quality check before the exchange is processed. If the product fails the inspection or does not meet the exchange conditions, the exchange may be rejected and the product may be returned to you.
